Update on dealer's union at Wynn and the tip splitting mess

Thanks Foxy, essentially Steve%26#39;s dealers had no choice but to unionize. The dealers make top dollar because the Wynn has such expensive play. He should have just raised the supervisors pay. MGM-Mirage is propagandizing this to the hilt. I still bet any dealer at NY NY or TI etc. would go to Wynn in a second.

Update on dealer's union at Wynn and the tip splitting mess

Hey you%26#39;re welcome, this issue has intrigued me for some time and yes, if your supervisors are underpaid or earning less than those they supervise, give em a raise!!! Or a Picasso!

Forget the paintings. Don%26#39;t they all have thumb holes? lol

Thank you for this update Foxy!

My pleasure!

I%26#39;ll take one of dem holy paintings anytime!

I know delaers at Wynn who started with him at other casinos. To make 100k a year in LV is decent, although it takes a long time. Most dealers in town strive to work at Wynn, Bellagio and Venetian - the tokes the best. Bellagio lately has been edging out Wynn at times. Venetian has an owner who does a great job of keeping employees happy and treating them good. They are loyal to him.

I agree with the loyalty at the Venetian. We%26#39;ve talked with the same CW over time, and she echoed the same thing Bridge said.

Speaking of making more than your supervisor. What about pro sports? Even Phil Jackson%26#39;s multi-millions are overshadowed by Kobe. What%26#39;s a coach or manager to do?? Unionize?? lol I also have heard the Adelson%26#39;s people really like him. I just wish he had a few more player friendly games.
