159 Signature at MGM

mgmgrand.com/offers/鈥ndex.html

Lol It%26#39;s called the Trip Advisor package...

159 Signature at MGM

That is funny.

I wonder win the Holiday Inn Express will start touting that they are in the top 10 or 5 or whatever they are in now over in the ';rankings';.

Also - $159 is not $159 . . . as with any other property you have the 9% tax on top of that price. And with the Sig - they hit you with a $15/day ';resort fee'; that basically accounts for the two bottles of water you get (plust 9% tax on that).

159 Signature at MGM

I agree $159 is a great deal, probably the best in town. I assume this is because it%26#39;s a new hotel and MGM is building the brand. Given that the rooms and sophistication are comparable to Four Seasons @ Mandalay Bay, I would consider these prices a fantastic deal.

Re: the $15 resort fee. I agree, they should build that into the price. It would probably be a wash for most people.

If I recall, the resort fee covered the two bottles of water (but they were constantly giving away more for the taking). Also access to the gym, free wireless computer acess if you have your own laptop - throughout the building. And coffee and newspaper. For most people it most likely comes out to a wash but it is kind of annyoying to have the %26#39;extra%26#39; fee.

Still, $159 intro offer for this hotel is the best deal in Vegas.

Even though I don%26#39;t like the Sig, I would have to agree that this is a good deal. In my opinion, the regular rate should be around $200/nt - so this is a decent discount.

Best deal in town? I dunno - $70 at the Flamingo sounds pretty good (that%26#39;s what is at the top of the screen as I type).

Yes a nice price but $714 dearer than the rates I have for Bellagio lakeview for my stay ,will just stick with that.

First,

Of course you will want Bellagio because you are a smoker. Don%26#39;t tell me you are still advocating sneaking into Signature and trying to smoke, which is against the rules of the hotel (per your previous post) ?

If you are saving over $700 then you not only must have an incredible deal at the Bellagio - but you must be staying for a month or so.

?

First -

Please tell us how to get in on that deal. I will take that every single time. Do I understand your math right?

For 10 nights, you are saving $714 off the Signature rate - which is $159/night? That means the Bellagio is $159 - $71.4 = $88.60 per night?

If Bellagio is offering the Lake View rooms for $88.60 per night please give us a link! I can%26#39;t believe this is true. Is my math wrong - or what is the deal?

i think someone needs another pint or 2 maybe then they wont be so rude....probably wouldnt work anyways

Thanks for the info. Looks like Signature offer is not valid for September - as rate was $218/night before $15 fees and taxes.

I am not trying to start anything - but truly confused as to why a smoker, who strongly advocates smoking in Vegas, would even consider staying at Signature - which is virtually the only non-smoking hotel in the city. Then again, I don%26#39;t smoke, so I don%26#39;t understand too much about it.
