30-40 year olds go to lounges, 21-25 year olds go to the clubs. By the time you%26#39;re 30, you should know better than to wait two hours in line to pay a $20 cover charge and $20 for a rum and coke.

A former response to a similar question said that the off-the-beaten path clubs are more worth checking out and these fancy ones and I intend to do that just thst. I am 40s and even though I love clubbing, I do not intend to wait in line for more than 20 minutes to get into a club. Never done it and probably never will.

Age is a number, go where you feel comfortable regardless of age, rather it be a lounge or club. Studio 54 or Voodoo

Studio 54 is a good mix of ages. House of Blues used to have a 30-40 crowd, but now that they%26#39;ve made Saturdays Latin nights, the younger set has started coming in. As far as most people dressing up, that%26#39;s usually for the uber-trendy clubs that are full of kids and have 4 hour waits. Others will have a mix of styles.

Apparently the beach is either 25 or thinks a $20 rum and coke is a bargain.
