The Mirage

Just wondering what the opinion of the Mirage is from those who have stayed there???

Thanks,

Sandy

The Mirage

Just got back from 4 nights at the Mirage and was very pleased. Great location, fun atmosphere, good price. I would stay there again. I have stayed at MGM, Monte Carlo, Alladin, and Bellagio. I like teh atmosphere for gaming at the Mirage better than Bellagio. Pool was nice, takes just a bit to find a chair if you get out late, but had no problems.

The Mirage

Good location, awesome pool, nice casino, (with nice vanilla like scent as you enter) okay room... If the bathrooms aren%26#39;t so darn small, it would be almost perfect. ;-)

Thank guys!

We chose the Mirage for the pool. Having stayed at MGM three times, Monte Carlo, NYNY and Excalibur, we decided to move up the strip a little. Our first choice was The Flamingo (for the pool) but we had issues with booking at that time, so chose The Mirage. I can%26#39;t wait!!!

I love Mirage, be prepared for a crowded pool though....sometimes I feel like I%26#39;m cramped in movie theater type seating....a cabana can alleviate that tho...have fun!!...

staying @ Mirage in June- What time do you suggest getting down to the pool? Don%26#39;t need any special seat, just want to get 2 chairs together.

Don%26#39;t mind getting up early- then sending the BF for coffee and muffins!

Stayed there about 18 months ago. Enjoyed it VERY much.

The pool is a bit annoying . . . not only the fact that it IS crowded, but also that people there (and haven%26#39;t noticed it elsewhere) seem to think they can ';reserve'; seats placing their towels and personal items on the chairs. Also . . . people don%26#39;t seem to clean away their old towels when they leave.

But it%26#39;s a lovely place to stay.

how small are the bathrooms?

Thanks everyone for your responses. My friend that I am going with is the one that is most interested in the pool. I personally do not go to LV to hang out at the pool, but I will give it a try. =)

I didn%26#39;t stay there, but I did go there on Friday. We went to the revolution lounge. It is amazing! Make sure you stop in and have one of the waitresses show you how to work the tables. When we stopped in there she told us about the table (each one costs $150,000) and how to work the table as it has a computer program in it and you can play and draw on the table. I can%26#39;t really explain it very well, but the waitress can. It%26#39;s a must see!!!!
