Multiple Players Cards?!

I hope someone can clarify this for me regarding Player鈥檚 Clubs cards. Can both husbands and wives sign up for a players card?

If so, would the combined points be applied to the room charges if you gamble where you are staying?

What about if you aren鈥檛 staying at that hotel ; ie, Wynn 鈥?can you combine your points to get the 100 for the free buffets, or would they only look at one card?

Thanks a ton! Sorry if it鈥檚 a stupid question!

Multiple Players Cards?!

yes, both get a card.

now - as far as linking accounts or combining points - you need to check with each player%26#39;s club - not all treat them the same. HET group has recently notified players of some changes.

since you don;t need to know before you arrive, each casino you decide to join ASK at that time - they will give you the most up-to-date info and you can decide what to do.

some clubs are requiring the accounts of spouses to be linked - which many players are not happy about since it affects offers

Multiple Players Cards?!

A players club account is normally issued with two cards so the both of you can be earning points simultaneously. The points from both cards would accrue on the same account for potential comps, including promotions like the Wynn buffet.

You don%26#39;t have to be a guest of a hotel to sign up for and use their players card and earn possible future comps.

Thanks for the replies!! That helps alot!

My husband and I just play under his card to earn more points with our play (he has two cards, so we can play at the same time). I still have all the players cards and play a bit to keep them active, though.

Never a stupid question....

Here%26#39;s the recent reply I received from my host%26#39;s assistant at the MGM for their Players Club:

With regard to Players Cards, each person has their own card, but they evaluate the play on each and combine toward complimentaries at the end of your stay. When you check in, I would ask to have your wife鈥檚 name added to your reservation.

Thanks for the info (and saying it wasn%26#39;t stupid!) :)
