Next to Mandalay Bay???

I was listening to the radio this morning and they mentioned really fast about something opening up (or just opened) next to Mandalay Bay. I think they were talking about a new hotel or restaurant.. I don%26#39;t know, I didn%26#39;t quite catch it and I was wondering if anyone knew what they were talking about. Thank you!
