Has anyone any suggestions as to the best way to reward a casino host when particularly good service is provided?
Is it customary to tip or maybe buy a small gift and should it be for the individual or for all the hosts in the casino?
Is there a general rule one can follow?

This question has come up over on the LVA forum. I believe the experts there said that hosts are not supposed to accept money, but a small gift is appropriate.
